Instruction
1. Thie quiz is open to all children under the age of 19 that resident in Great Manchester and Cheshire area.
2. Entries must include the following information:
-Answers to all three questions
-Your full name, school and age
-Your valid contact method, e.g. email, telephone number, or address
3. Submission can be simply made by replying this post or emailing yokuchoir@hotmail.co.uk.
4. Deadline of submission is October 20, 2011.
5. Entries with incomplete information will be automatically disqualified.
6. Answers will be published on Mar 31, 2012. Winners will be randomly drawn from the list of correct answers who will be contacted shortly for prize & certificate award.
